Bald People Wearing Water Splashes As Wigs
We hope you haven’t expected to see some shots from any crazy fashion show with bald models and plastic hats, imitating water splashes, on them. For those, who read our magazine not the first time it won’t be a surprise to discover another play with high-speed photography and water splashes (check this).
This time everything is a little bit different. California based photographer Tim Tadder created 2 photo series, titled Water Wig Women and Water Wigs Men, where he captures an explosion moment of water balloons on bald people’s heads. A perfect timing of these photographs creates an illusion that models are actually wearing wigs made of water. Comical portraits, astounding “hairstyles”, bright lights and especially perfect timing make Tim’s project stand out from the thousands of other high-speed photographs involving water splashes.
Tim Ladder is an advertising photographer, specialising in, as he says, “… creating dramatic photographs of people, sports, action and concepts…”. Represented by the AMAZING Liz Baugher of Emissary Artists he works with the world’s biggest brands, including Gatorade, Coca Cola, McDonald’s, Marlboro, Duracell and others. Now there’s no doubt where such a professionalism came from.
